RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The following is the Returns, Exchanges, and Right of Withdrawal Policy that SIKSILKCOLOMBIA S.A.S., identified with NIT 901792577-3, provides for customers to guide them in purchasing and acquiring products on the website https://www.siksilk.co/, as well as in sales considered non-traditional or remote, and applies to all persons who purchase products through the website or by non-traditional means.

Exchanges and Returns

The exchange and return policies for products apply for reasons of: legal warranty, size or color, customer preference, incomplete order, or when consumers wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. The maximum term to request exchanges or returns can be exercised within thirty (30) calendar days following the delivery of the product. For the customer to make the exchange, the item must be returned unused, in the condition in which it was received, and in the original packaging, retaining tags, packaging, and brand markings, without any damage. For the product to be exchanged, it must be returned to Carrera 43 # 30-79, Medellín – Colombia, and the shipment must be coordinated via email at info@siksilk.co or through WhatsApp at +57 3104751872. Shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the company when it is for warranty reasons, i.e., manufacturing or quality defects, and by the customer when it is for size or color changes. To request a warranty for quality or manufacturing defects, video evidence of the defects must first be sent to the designated medium. Once an initial quality analysis is conducted, the shipment will be authorized for physical inspection by our staff to verify that it is indeed a warranty for quality or manufacturing defects. Depending on the product's condition, it will be determined whether it can be repaired under warranty in the first instance. If not, it will be exchanged for the same product of the same reference. If an exchange is not possible, a similar item of the same value or a refund will be provided. SIKSILKCOLOMBIA S.A.S will be exempt from any responsibility for damage or variation that the product may suffer due to improper use by the customer, ignoring the labeling instructions related to the product's use and care. As a result of the return, the company will generate a virtual voucher in favor of the buyer for the value of the purchased product, which can be used for a future purchase. If the customer places an order and it is out of stock, or if a different product from the one requested is received, a refund will proceed, or the customer can choose. The refund will be made within thirty (30) calendar days following the customer's return of the product to the company.

Purchase Verification:

To process product exchanges or returns, the purchase must be tracked, for which the customer must provide either the invoice, order number, buyer identification, or any data that associates the sale with the company. Since it is a multi-brand distribution company, it must be associated with being purchased from SIKSILKCOLOMBIA S.A.S. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the sender sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the sender, and they will be aware of your return.

No exchanges or returns accepted for:

  • Products on promotion or sale by color, size, or reference
  • Underwear
  • Swimsuits
  • Gift cards
  • Health, beauty, and personal care items

Right of Withdrawal

In sales that use non-traditional or remote methods, the Right of Withdrawal applies. This applies within five (5) business days following the delivery date of the product. If the Customer wishes to exercise the mentioned right, it must be done within the established term by contacting via email at info@siksilk.co or through WhatsApp at +57 3104751872 to coordinate the shipment of the product to Carrera 43 # 30-79 Medellín – Colombia. When the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, they must return the product in the same condition in which it was received, i.e., it must not show signs of use or identity issues not reported at the time of delivery. The costs associated with transportation and others involved in the return will be covered by the Customer. Additionally, it must be delivered with all original accessories and packaging. If deemed necessary, photographs or videos of the packaging and product condition will be requested. Subsequently, SIKSILKCOLOMBIA S.A.S will verify the item's condition, and if satisfactory, will proceed to refund the money in exercise of the Right of Withdrawal no later than thirty (30) calendar days following the date the Right of Withdrawal was exercised. If the product has any quality issues not reported at the time of delivery, the item will be sent to an Authorized Service Center for a technical diagnosis, in which case it will be handled according to the deadlines stipulated by Law 1480 of 2011, Articles 7 to 12, for warranty processing, and the customer will be informed about the validity of the Right of Withdrawal.

According to regulations, the Right of Withdrawal is not applicable in the following events:

  • Service contracts that have begun with the consumer's agreement.
  • Contracts for the supply of goods or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial market rates that the producer cannot control.
  • Contracts for the supply of goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Contracts for the supply of goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • Contracts for the acquisition of perishable goods.
  • Contracts for the acquisition of personal use goods, such as underwear and swimsuits.
